ProVoice IP call recording provides call recording for your phone system. ProVoice IP software records and monitors calls by monitoring VoIP packets using port mirroring on the data switch.

The interface offers an extensive search, filters, storage marking capabilities with a call archiving option, real time call flagging and extensive alarm features for fault tolerance using both sound and email.
